A court in The Hague has decided not to impose an immediate sales ban on Samsung’s controversial Galaxy Tab in the Netherlands until it reaches a decision on 15 September. Apple specifically sued Samsung in the Netherlands, because Samsung has a central European distribution depot there. Apple claims that market research shows that 80% of consumers thought the iPad and Galaxy Tab were “identical” or “similar”.
